The Building

Coming in 2025!

Located in a prime setting in Southbank, the 42 level building to be developed by Indi in partnership with PDG Corporation will incorporate 434 apartments, including 40 to be offered as key worker housing. The development will provide the opportunity to deliver a placemaking, residential rental offering in a prime location, five minutes from the CBD, public transport and the Southbank campus of the University of Melbourne.
