How is Indi different from traditional renting?

Indi Build to Rent living offers a modern, renter-first experience designed for comfort, flexibility and community. Unlike traditional rentals, Indi apartments are purpose-built, professionally managed, and you’ll have the same landlord no matter where you live in the building. Each home is thoughtfully crafted with lifestyle in mind, the premium amenities list is extensive.

Are pets allowed at Indi?

Yes, furry friends are welcome!  To ensure everyone’s safety and comfort, all pets need to go through a pre-approval process and you must follow our pet policy (no dangerous or banned breeds).

What's included in the rent?

A modern apartment with premium fixtures and fittings. 

For your convenience all apartments include a dishwasher, cooktop, full size oven, fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a dryer. 

Access to all the Indi building amenities.

Are utilities included in the rent?

Utilities are paid by the resident and metered separately; utilities will be set up and ready for you to connect and use from the day you move in and includes water and electricity. 

Residents will have the ability to choose their own internet provider. However, we have partnered with Gigafy and we offer residents 1 month free for joining.

What amenities are included at Indi Sydney?

  • 20 metre indoor pool with separate spa and ‘baja shelf’ aka lounging ledge
  • Co-working spaces and bookable meeting rooms Resident lounge with kitchen
  • Rooftop terrace with dining room, catering kitchen and lounge (indoors) and outdoor entertaining space
  • Electric BBQ out on the rooftop terrace
  • Bike racks and storage (storage is an additional fee) 
  • Resident lounge with kitchen
Bookings are required for the shared spaces (co-working meeting rooms, entertaining spaces) - this can be done via the dedicated Indi Sydney app or with the Resident Services team.

What are the apartment prices?

Each apartment is individually priced based on product type, aspect and level.

Are there furnished apartments available?

Yes there are. There are two types of furniture packages available depending on your selected apartment – speak with our Leasing team.
