Their goal is to ensure every resident feels part of the community, no matter how plugged in or private that is. At Indi, sustainability is built into our building and apartment designs, to enable you to experience energy efficient, net zero carbon and connected living.

Indi buildings have achieved sustainability ratings including 7 Stars NatHERS, demonstrating energy efficiency and have achieved or are targeting 5- star Green Star Design and As Built v1.3 or Green Star Buildings v1, representing Australian Excellence in sustainable design in environmental performance and social responsibility.
